June 30 - July 5, 2013
It was nice and hot while at Grandma's house, but that's ok because fans are FUN!
Reading stories on Grandma's couch...Cora made herself right at home.
We visited the Luther Burbank Home and Gardens. It's pretty amazing to think of all the different plants he created...though it was all the same to Cora =)
"Wow, sunflowers grow very tall".
We found paw paws! We sing the paw paw song all the time and never had any clue what they were.
Chickens were wandering around the property. It was a fun treat for Cora and mommy!
Taking time to stop and smell the roses =)
They really did smell amazing.
"Woah...BIG fish. I wonder if I'll ever be this tall?"
Cora LOVES Grandma's new chair...she decided to take over.
Just hanging out, watching some TV...probably Sesame Street =)
Cora had such a great time playing with cousin Andrew. She still says "Drew fun" =)
Cora still loves the big pillow, she remembered it from our last trip up and was soooo excited to see it again. It's the perfect place to watch more Sesame Street!
Uncle Nick and Brigette reading the awesome animal pop-up books over and over and over again!
July 4th fun! Cora would not sit for this photo to save her life =)
Exploring in the Children's Museum play/explore area.
Watermelon eating contest. Cora was not fast enough to win, but Uncle Nick and daddy did a pretty good job. The guy not pictured won because of his dedication to the art of watermelon eating, which involves getting juice up your nose and all over your face =)
Yummy! Cora enjoying the only prize needed, her own slice of delicious watermelon.
BUBBLES!!
"Why are there so many of me?"
"Butterfly arm pease"
